This case is controlled by the construction of a power of sale contained in the will of David S. Satterwhite, father of Bill H. Satterwhite, and late husband of Mrs. Jeffie Henrietta Satterwhite.
Bill Satterwhite, respondent here, sued Commercial Bank, Unincorporated, of Mason, Texas, and his mother for reformation or cancellation of a general warranty deed executed by Mrs. Satterwhite to the bank.
