Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Giardino, J.), rendered November 19, 2010, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of murder in the second degree.
As the result of an incident in which defendant pursued and fatally stabbed the victim, he was indicted on charges of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
