Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph Cerbone, J.), rendered May 14, 1992, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of 25 years to life, unanimously affirmed.

Defendant was not denied the right to be present at a material stage of the trial when the court, in counsel’s presence, questioned a juror about his expressed disagreement with the court interpreter’s translation of a witness’s testimony.
