Defendant, Marvin S. Acevedo, appeals his conviction of possession of over 400 grams of cocaine in violation of La. R.S. 40:967(F). For the following reasons, we affirm defendant's conviction and sentence.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
