The facts and the reasons ¡upon which the court below rested its judgment are stated by the trial judge in his opinion as follows:
“The object of this suit is the partition, adjudication and delivery of hereditary property, and recovery of damages.
“Complainant is suing in her character of heir of Manuel Figueroa Peña, who died on September 15, 1910, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, the latter being then married to Carmen Disdier, without executing any will and leaving as sole and universal heirs his legitimate children, the complainant and Jacinto, América and Alcidcs Figueroa…
