Carson Nat. Bk. v. Am. Nat. Bk.

These are suits in equity to impress a trust upon certain funds in the American National Bank at St. Joseph, Missouri, in favor of the plaintiffs. The two cases were consolidated below and tried together, the facts and questions of law in both cases being identical. There is but one abstract of the record, and the statements and briefs cover both cases. On this review, the two cases will be considered together.
