I. INTRODUCTION

The Plaintiff Melissa Church (“Church”) brings this action against Carolyn W. Col-vin, the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (the “Commissioner”), seeking reversal or remand of the Commissioner’s denial of Church’s applications for disability benefits and supplementary security income (collectively, “benefits”).
