The first assignment of error is based upon the court’s action in overruling plaintiff’s objection to the following question asked on cross-examination: “Mr. Lemon: This note, plaintiff’s exhibit ‘A’ was executed at the same time, an additional paper, the conditional sales contract was made between the Oregon Motor Company and the defendants in this case?” Mr. Lemon was secretary of the plaintiff; the objection was, that the question did not constitute proper cross-examination.
