Appellant, Anthony Davis, appeals from his jury trial conviction in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis of one count of illegal possession of phencyclidine (PCP), RSMo § 195.020 (1986), for which he was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment. Appellant also appeals the dismissal of his untimely Rule 29.15 motion. We affirm.
