This motor tort case involves the Boulevard Rule. We must decide whether the Circuit Court for Baltimore City erred in denying petitioners’ Motion for Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict on the grounds that, based on the Boulevard Rule, respondent’s operation of his vehicle was negligent as a matter of law.
