The bill was exhibited by the personal representative of Joseph G. Murphy, deceased, against Edward F. Mahone and the personal representative and heirs of Abram McPike. It alleges that John F. Watson died intestate, seised and possessed of a large real estate in Hinds County, which descended to eight heirs, of whom the complainant’s intestate was one. On the 20th of May, 1867, these heirs sold and conveyed to Edward F. Mahone all their right, title and interest in and to the estate, real and personal, of the intestate, for the consideration that he would pay the debts of the intestate, and…
