Johnston, C. J.:

The plaintiff obtained a divorce from the defendant on the ground of extreme cruelty and of that judgment he does not complain.

In this appeal he does insist that too large a part of the property was awarded to the plaintiff. There was only a small property to be divided between them. There was a twenty-acre tract of land valued at $3,500, and personal property of about the value of $500.
