Appellant, United States National Bank of Owensboro, Ky., brought this action in the circuit court of Leflore county against appellee, Leflore Grocer Company, to recover of the latter the proceeds of the sale of a carload of stock feed sold and shipped by the Owensboro Products Company, the draft for the purchase price of which, with bill of lading attached, appellant held when the ca-rload of feed stuff arrived at Greenwood, in this state.
