PARKER, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment for defendants in a suit to obtain an injunction and recover damages under the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq., and the statute to prevent discrimination against farmers Cooperative Associations, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 431-433. Plaintiff is the American Federation of Tobacco Growers, a farmers cooperative association, incorporated under the laws of Virginia, trading as Growers Cooperative Warehouse, and owning a tobacco warehouse just outside the corporate limits of Danville, Virginia.
