In an action seeking to permanently enjoin the defendants from conducting "paint ball games” on a certain premises, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Patsalos, J.), dated October 28, 1986, which granted the plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction and denied the defendants’ cross motion to dismiss the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
