The State Liquor Authority has taken two appeals from a single order of the Appellate Division, Third Department, annulling the Authority’s revocation of two wholesale liquor licenses issued to petitioner-respondent and remitting the matter “ to the State Liquor Authority to proceed in accordance with the decision of the Court.” The first notice of appeal is filed as of right on the theory that the order appealed from is final.
