MEMORANDUM DECISION
FREDERICK A. JOHNSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
The trustee seeks to recover, as avoidable preferences under section 547(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, payments received by Chemical Sales and Service Company from the debtor, the Saco Tanning Division of Kirstein Leather Company. 11 U.S.C.A. § 547(b) (1979). Chemical Sales argues that the trustee has failed to establish an element of section 547(b).
