William Rey Beggs, a. k. a. William Ray Beggs, a. k. a. W. R. Beggs, of Warren, Ohio, was adjudicated a bankrupt on the 24th day of April, 1950, and Bernard W. Rosenberg is the Trustee in Bankruptcy.
