George Fogle (movant) pleaded guilty, pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, to the class C felony of stealing by deceit. See § 570.030, RSMo Cum.Supp.1998. He was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment to run concurrent with other sentences. Following his incarceration, mov-*112ant filed a motion for post-conviction relief as permitted by Rule 24.035. Counsel was appointed and an amended motion filed. An evidentiary hearing was held. Findings of fact and conclusions of law were filed and judgment was entered denying the motion. This court affirms.
