ROGERS, Associate Judge:
Appellants sued appellees for alleged fraudulent misrepresentation of the terms of a mortgage loan agreement, and sought compensatory and punitive damages and cancellation of the loan agreement and transaction. Almost one year to the day after appellants filed their complaint, the trial court granted the motion of appellee Community Mortgage Corporation (CMC) to dismiss the complaint for failure to prosecute, Super.Ct.Civ.R. 41(b), and failure to complete discovery, Super.Ct.Civ.R. 37(b).
