THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Removal of Garnishment [DE 241], Plaintiffs Motion to Dismiss Writ of Garnishment [DE 253], and an Order of Referral entered by the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke. [DE 245]. A hearing on these matters took place before the undersigned on September 15, 2014. [DE 249].
