Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified af*885firmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: Respondent, Ronald Johnson, appeals from an order of Family Court denying his objections to the Hearing Examiner’s order, which set the amount of arrears in child support at $5,954, directed the entry of a judgment in that amount and found him in willful violation of a prior support order.
