Plaintiff, Complete Conference Coordinators, Inc., appeals the trial court’s ruling granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff’s former employee, defendant Katherine Lichter, on plaintiffs claim for intentional interference with a contractual relationship. The claim was based on defendant allegedly inducing one of plaintiffs clients, Kumon North America, Inc. (Kumon), to breach its contract with plaintiff in favor of a new contract with defendant shortly after defendant left plaintiffs employ.
