Logan was convicted of two counts of robbery in the second degree, § 569.030, RSMo 1978, and sentenced to consecutive terms of fifteen years imprisonment. The convictions and sentences were upheld on direct appeal. See, State v. Logan, 645 S.W.2d 60 (Mo.App.1982). Logan then filed a pro se Rule 27.26 motion which alleged, inter alia, that he was denied effective assistance of counsel by his attorney’s failure to call certain alibi witnesses as well as his failure to request a cautionary instruction regarding accomplice testimony.
