Charlie J. Drayton appeals the trial court's order which denied his motion to correct sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800. We affirm without prejudice to any right Drayton might have to file a motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
