CARR, Judge.
{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Ford Motor Company ("Ford") appeals from the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. This Court reverses.

{¶ 2} In 2014, Plaintiff-Appellee Shane Lucas purchased a new 2013 Ford truck from a Ford dealership for almost $50,000. The purchase agreement included an arbitration clause. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, Mr. Lucas began experiencing problems with it.
