MEMORANDUM OPINION
LAMBERTH, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs’ application for fees, expenses, and costs incurred in their prosecution of this action. Plaintiffs file for this award pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2412(a) and (d), the Equal Access to Justice Act, (“EAJA”). Upon consideration of plaintiffs’ motion, the opposition thereto, the reply brief, and the applicable law: the Court shall grant plaintiffs’ application for an award under the EAJA. The Court shall awards plaintiffs’ fees, expenses, and costs in the amount of $101,266.83 to be paid by the United States…
