On the 11th day of November 1940, plaintiffs and defendants entered into a written contract which was dated as of the 9th day of November 1940, wherein and whereby, in consideration of the sale, transfer and delivery to them by defendants of all of the preferred and common capital stock of Lakeside Supply Inc., a corporation, plaintiffs agreed to sell and convey to defendants several parcels of real property one of which is situated in Willamina, Yamhill county, Oregon, another in Vernonia, Columbia county, Oregon, and another parcel, part of which is in, and the remainder…
