Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered March 7, 1977, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress an alleged admission. Judgment reversed, on the law and the facts, motion to suppress the alleged admission granted, and case remanded to the County Court for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
