There are two orders appealed from by the plaintiff and they may be considered together.
*460On the 27th of February, 1896, the defendants procured an order for the examination before trial of the officers of the plaintiff and requiring them to produce certain papers on such examination. The plaintiff moved to vacate that order, which motion was denied' on the 12th of March, 1896, and the order entered upon that motion is now béfore us for review.
