BACKGROUND

The Civil Procedure Rules Committee (Committee) filed a “fash-track” out-of-cycle report, pursuant to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.140(e), proposing amendments to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure in ' response to legislative changes.'
