On October 22, 1943, defendant was charged by county attorney’s information with the crime of keeping a house of ill fame, as defined by section 13175, Code, 1939. On November 22, 1943, she entered a plea of not guilty.' Trial was had, commencing on December 7, 1943, resulting in defendant’s conviction, from which she appeals to this court.
