This is the fourth appearance of this matter in this court.

In Waldrop v. Bettis, 223 Ga. 715 (157 SE2d 870) (1967), this court held that plaintiffs petition in equity for the removal of clouds on plaintiffs’ title to described property stated a cause of action against general demurrer. Following the trial of that case at which the jury found in favor of the plaintiffs, and the trial court entered judgment decreeing title to the property to be in the plaintiffs and defendants as co-tenants, the *609defendants appealed and this court affirmed the judgment of the trial court in Waldrop…
