This appeal is taken from a summary judgment rendered against plaintiff-appellant, Grant Jenkins, in an action brought under 5 U.S.C.A. §§ 652, 863 and 1009. The judgment upheld a determination by the United States Civil Service Commission that appellant was properly removed from his position as custodial laborer, WC-2, at $2.02 per hour with the federal General Services Administration (GSA) in St. Louis, Missouri.
