I. INTRODUCTION

The Debtor, Mahmoud S. Kablaoui (“Debt- or”), filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Code”) on December 10,1993. His case was converted to Chapter 7 on December 2, 1994.
