OPINION
I. Introduction
This matter is before the Court on a certificate for review of a Bankruptcy Judge’s order 1 relegating a portion of the landlord’s claim to a fifth priority status in accordance with Section 64(a) (5) of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U. S.C. § 104(a)(5) and denying the landlord’s request that the particular claim be allowed in full and accorded a first priority standing pursuant to Section 64(a)(1) of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.
