TEMPLAR, District Judge.

This case was instituted by the filing of six separate actions, one by Delta Enterprises, Inc., (Delta), and five by ap-pellee, Brunswick Corporation (Brunswick), against the five insurance companies designated as appellants herein. Appellee Brunswick later filed amended complaints adding appellee, Holiday Recreation Center, Inc., (Holiday), as a defendant.
