— In a proceeding pursuant to article 10 of the Family Court Act to extend the placement of an abused and neglected child, the Law Guardian and the Commissioner of the Westchester County Department of Social Services appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County (Harris, J.), dated December 29,1981, which denied the petition to extend placement of the child in a foster care home, and directed the return of the child to his mother.
