Reva Billings and William Morrison appeal the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s denial of unemployment compensation of Trade Readjustment Allowance or Trade Adjustment Assistance pursuant to the federal Trade Act of 1974. This Court reverses. The commission erred in considering them to have ceased work on July 3, 2008, the date they received their contractually required advance notice of the future dates on which they would be furloughed.
