OPINION

Opinion by Justice FITZGERALD.

Appellee (“Father”) filed a petition for return of his two children to Panama un der the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. The trial judge granted the petition, finding that the children were habitual residents of Panama at the time appellant (“Mother”) wrongfully retained possession of the children in Texas. Mother appeals. We modify the trial judge’s order and affirm the order as modified.
