On 2 November 2009, Defendant Jonathan Howard Norton (“Norton”) was indicted on three counts of failing to remain at the scene of an accident involving property damage, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon against a government official, two counts of felony driving to elude arrest, and one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving to endanger, assault on a government official, resisting a public officer, speeding, driving while impaired, and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
