HAWLEY, District Judge.
This is a suit in equity, brought by the heirs and next of kin of John Hubbard, deceased, to recover certain shares of mining stock, or its value, and to compel an accounting of the proceeds of a certain mine, and for other relief. The bill is quite lengthy. A brief reference to some of its essential features will be sufficient to give an understanding of the points raised by the demurrer.
