From a judgment against him entered in Justice Court, the defendant appealed to the District Court upon questions of law alone. There the ’judgment was affirmed, and he now .appeals to this Court. The judgment must be affirmed again. The action was brought before a justice in the City of Grand Forks, and the pleadings were filed, and a garnishee, who had been summoned, disclosed certain indebtedness to defendant.
