W. EUGENE DAVIS, Circuit Judge:

In this products liability action, Allied Products, formerly Continental Gin Company (Continental Gin), appeals the district court’s judgment casting it for ten percent of Fred Davis’ (Davis) damages. Davis appeals the district court’s finding of comparative negligence, its damage determination, and its denial of litigation costs. Commercial Union Insurance Company (Commercial Union), the intervening compensation carrier, challenges the manner in which the court computed Commercial Union’s liability for Davis’ attorney’s fees.
