OPINION

NEWMAN, Justice.

We granted allocatur in this matter to determine whether the parties’ “Separation and Property Settlement Agreement” (Agreement) dated April 22, 1981, is valid and enforceable in light of their subsequent reconciliation. Because the Agree*95ment is both valid and enforceable, we reverse the Superior Court and remand for further proceedings.
