— The bill was filed on the 11th September, 1886, by Henry M. Eatman, who is here the appellant, against Nathan Eatman, as the common administrator of the estates of Henry T. Eatman and Joseph AnnEatman, who were respectively the father and mother of complainant, he being their only child. The complainant claims as distributee of the mother’s estate, and the bill alleges that this estate was the only creditor of the estate of the father, which had been regularly declared insolvent by the Probate Court.
