There was a verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiff and against Samuel J. Campbell, in the Monmouth County Circuit Court, a nonsuit having been granted as to the other defendant Harry H. Squires, in an action brought under the Death act by the plaintiff against the defendants, to recover the pecuniary loss sustained by the husband in the death of his wife through the wrongful act of the defendants. From the judgment entered upon the verdict the defendant Campbell appealed to the Supreme Court, which tribunal reversed the judgment of the Circuit Court and gave judgment for the defendant.…
