In a matrimonial action in which the parties were previously divorced, the defendant husband appeals from so much of (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Beisner, J.), dated February 26, 1988, as, without a hearing, granted that branch of the plaintiff wife’s motion which was for leave to enter a judgment for arrears, inter alia, of maintenance and denied his cross motion to modify the judgment of divorce by terminating his obligation to pay maintenance, and (2) an order of the same court, entered June 17, 1988, as upon renewal and reargument of the plaintiff wife’s motion and…
