*1067In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract and on an account stated, the defendant Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, Inc., appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Grays, J.), dated February 23, 2006, which, among other things, denied its motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against it.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying the motion in its entirety and substituting therefore provisions granting those branches of the motion which were to dismiss the causes of…
