BROOM, Justice:
This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Adams County, Mississippi, which court sustained appellee’s motion for a directed verdict at the conclusion of the presentation of appellee’s case below. We affirm.
A replevin suit herein was initiated by appellee, Ogden. The usual affidavit in replevin charging wrongful detention of personal property was filed by appellee. A writ of replevin was issued by the clerk of the court for seizure of the property.
